Questions brand teams ask first

The awkward ones, answered.

How do I know my product won't end up in a scene I'd hate?

Two locks. First, every project is scored at script stage across violence, substance use, political content, sexual content and category conflict — you see that score before you express interest, and you see the scene itself before you commit. Second, you approve the actual rendered frames before delivery. Nothing ships that you haven't signed off on. If the script materially changes after you approve, you have a contractual exit window.

Will a competitor be in the same show?

No. Category exclusivity is included at every tier, for the full season. First brand to lock a category holds it.

Do you use our logo or product without permission?

Never. We work exclusively from assets you supply — official product renders, pack shots, 3D models, brand guidelines. Nothing is approximated or generated in your likeness. That's a hard rule, and it's also why approval sits with you rather than with the production.

Is this compliant? Does it need disclosure?

Yes, and yes. Where money changes hands there is a material connection, so FTC endorsement guidance applies regardless of the format. Disclosure is built into the episode by default. The meta-analytic research on brand placements found that disclosure did not eliminate the placement's effect — so compliance is not a trade-off here.

How do I measure it?

You get reach and completion data from the distributing platform, plus the exact timestamps and scene metadata for every appearance — which means you can run brand lift, search lift or sales lift in whatever measurement stack you already use, rather than trusting a number we invented. We are explicit about what we can report directly and what requires your own tooling.

What if the show never gets made?

Your budget sits in escrow, not in our account. If the project is cancelled before production, you get a full refund. If it is delayed past the agreed window, you can roll the budget to another title on the slate or take the refund.

We've never bought this format. What's the smallest sensible test?

One hero prop on one season, in a genre that fits your category. It prices like a mid-size influencer campaign, delivers 8–15 exposures to a high-completion audience, and gives you cleared footage you can re-use on your own channels. Most first campaigns run this way before anyone commits to a branded arc.
